Return and Exchange Policy
The following policy applies only to audio racks and stands
You may return or exchange any unopened purchase within 15 days as long as the item is returned in its original undamaged packaging, All returned items and the packaging must be in the original condition it was shipped to you or additinal charges could apply. Items that have been unpacked and assembled can not be returned.
In order to return an item you must first contact Customer Service at email@example.com or by phone at 678 566 1706 to receive a Return Number. Returns that do not have a Return Number will not be accepted. Any item returned 1 month or more after the Return Number was issued, will be accepted only at the discretion of Audio Surroundings.
Refunds for returns will be for the purchase price minus a restocking fee declared by the manufacturer and the cost of shipping the item back. This restocking fee varies by company but can be in excess of 25% of the purchase price. If the item being returned was offered with free shipping then the cost Audio Surroundings incurred in shipping the item to you will also be deducted from the return.
Please do not return Items to the address from which they are shipped or to Audio Surroundings address. The correct address will be provided to you upon receiving your Return Number. Audio Surroundings will not issue refunds for returns made to locations other than the one specified with your Return Number.
If you suspect damage to the item during shipping please do not refuse the delivery. Audio Surroundings will make every effort to get you just the replacement parts as quickly as possible with no cost to you. If you find damage to an item you must report the damage to Audio Surroundings within 15 days. If damage is reported after 15 days and we cannot remedy with a replacement part then the item can be returned under our normal return policy.
